6 aromas that will help relieve fatigue and restore efficiency

Probably there is no such person who would not want to be always efficient and cheerful. What people don’t try to get rid of fatigue and return to work with renewed vigor: they drink coffee in liters, poison the body with energy drinks, drink dietary supplements.

But there is an easier and much safer way. With the help of certain essential oils, you can quickly tune in to efficient work and stop feeling tired. The founder of the French Institute of Aromatherapy and Aromapsychology, Anna-Maria told what aromas help a person to be productive and efficient.

1. Ginger

For many centuries, ginger has been used not only in cooking as a seasoning. It is also an excellent medicine. Ginger root contains an essential oil that has unique properties: it relieves pain and inflammation, is an excellent antiseptic, and also stimulates the nervous system.

Anna Maria recommends using ginger to combat fatigue and signs of depression. You can consume it internally (check that your essential oil is for internal use) by adding 2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil. The mixture should melt on the tongue. You need to use ginger in this way 3 times a day.

To cheer up, improve performance and restore self-confidence, put 2-3 drops of ginger essential oil in a diffuser or apply on a tissue and inhale 2 times a day.

2. Rosemary

Back in the 16th century, the Swiss naturalist Konrad Gesner identified the stimulating effect of rosemary. The essential oil of this plant stimulates the brain and adds clarity to thoughts. Its use helps to eliminate apathy, improve mood and tone.

The aroma of rosemary relieves bad thoughts, relieves fatigue and returns interest in life. If you are insecure, suspicious and shy, then rosemary essential oil will help get rid of these traits. It is ideal for knowledge workers, including schoolchildren and students, because in addition to relieving fatigue, it helps to better remember information.

You can create a working atmosphere in the room by actively spraying with an electric diffuser with dry air or an ultrasonic water sprayer. If active spray is not available, apply 1-2 drops of essential oil to a paper handkerchief and place in the room.

3. Citrus

Citrus essential oils are both soothing and energizing. They effectively relax, allowing you to deal with stress, and at the same time stimulate you to work. Essential oils of orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine increase mindfulness and mood, and at the same time working capacity. And they also tone the nervous system, improve memory and increase concentration.

Citrus essential oils should be used externally with caution as they can cause allergic reactions. And in no case should they be added to the bath, as they irritate the skin. Therefore, spraying is the best way to use these oils.

If you want to learn more about the features of the use of citrus and other essential oils in cosmetology, everyday life, to improve health, relationships and well-being, then join the French Aroma Nutri Club. This is the first community in the world, which contains all the relevant information about essential oils and how to use them in Russian.

Moreover, they help to reveal such leadership qualities as the ability to stand firmly on your feet and see far. Apply oil to pulse points, feet, sacrum and neck twice a day. And if you add a little orange oil to coniferous essential oils, you will also be more joyful. After all, a true leader is always distinguished by the ability to rejoice and inspire.

Peppermint essential oil invigorates no worse than a cup of strong coffee, but does not adversely affect the cardiovascular system. At the same time, when stressed or depressed, it has a calming and relaxing effect. Peppermint helps to reduce anxiety, get rid of bad thoughts and clear your head. If you feel tired, simply apply 2 drops of peppermint essential oil to a handkerchief and inhale. After a couple of minutes, the tone will return.

You can also apply a few drops to a comb and run it through your hair. So you will not only help yourself to calm down and return to a working mood, but also improve the condition of your hair.
